When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, procedure of interest, and any message you include. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage — page views, general location at the country/city level, and referral source. We do not collect medical records or health information through this site.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to connect you with the appropriate procedure-specific site or clinic partner in the Colombia Medical network. We do not sell your information to third parties.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one. We use WhatsApp Business to communicate with prospective patients.
This site uses Google Analytics for traffic measurement and a Google Apps Script-based form handler to process contact submissions. Both are subject to Google's privacy policies.
You can request that we delete information you've submitted by emailing andy@colombiamedical.co. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using standard browser tools or extensions.
